I had an early doctor's appointment and got in late so WHICH I DID ... SHOWN BELOW
He said that he has found many PLs and that when they are attached to the chart, the price will head for them without fail and told me that these PLs are produced by the market itself. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and just remained silent for a while until he suggested "Let's go to the EUR/USD chart right now and I will talk you through a trade." That’s when it happened ... He said there is a setup forming and that we would be taking 2 trades going long (price going up) ... for those that don’t understand, it means that we think the price is going to go up. If we think the price is going to go down we would take trades going short (price going down). I am a seasoned trader and I spluttered a little and exclaimed “Long!, are you sure?” he just said, wait and I will explain more as it unfolds. PLs are Powerful Price Magnets that will make you Seriously Rich!Ade gave me 3 PL levels that we would be working with that morning. I attached them to the chart. Ade then said ok now we wait for a certain scenario to occur … one you will learn later. He gave me a couple more little jobs to do on the trading platform and we were set up for trading. As the price moved further down, I have to admit I was gloating a little, even though I really wanted Ade to be right and for the price turn upwards. All my experience was telling me the price was going to carry on going down ... wrong! We were working on a 30 minute timeframe and he told me we must wait. So we waited for two 30 minute bars to finish. All the time he was telling me about the way he found the PLs. He had always known that there was something in the market that caused there to be Support and Resistance levels, but for the life of him he couldn't work it out. He had been looking for something that could show him why prices go up and down the way they do. Forex trading on a daily basis is simply History keeping on repeating itself. But the problem is to know when it was going to start doing just that. Ade told me from these studies of the past market that he was doing, he had found what he had been looking for. He worked out different levels that the price moved to and from and worked out why. Everything he learned was showing him that all he had to do was trade using PRICE ACTION! What everybody should know to bring in thousands and thousands of DollarsAnyway, back to our trading, all of a sudden at the start of the next bar, Ade said ok we have a setup starting to form. When this bar finishes, I will tell you if you should take the two trades or not and why. Well, to my utter surprise, at the close of the bar he said, ok take the 2 trades going long. I was speechless, but I took them just the same. Then Ade told me how much stop loss to put on both trades (the same on each) and why we put it from the place we did. He told me to put a Take Profit of 50 pips from the same place on the first trade and to put a Take Profit of what turned out to be 84 pips on one of the PL levels he had asked me to put on my chart. The one we used was the one was 34 pips above the take profit level of the first trade. By this time I had regained my speech and asked again “Are you sure?” “Positive!” he said To me the price was still showing that it was heading south and I felt I was going against the flow. Within Minutes I had my proof!On the following bar, the price started to rise and just kept on rising and rising. It sailed through the first of the PLs without a waiver or any hesitation whatsoever. We were both giggling like little schoolgirls, as; after the next bar started, the price, firstly went down slightly and then suddenly started to rapidly rise upwards and continued to rise taking us out with a total profit of 84 pips plus what we had already got from the first trade which was 47 pips. I know, you will be thinking, I thought you put a Take profit of 50 pips on the first? I did, but not from where I took the trade, I put if from where Ade told me to put it. So there was a three pip difference making 47 pips profit. 131 pips profit between both trades. Ade went on then to teach me more about the PL_PRICE ACTION STRATEGY, which it is now known as. Firstly A Little Bit Of History About Me...I hate writing about myself, but, here is a short synopsis... As you know from the top of the page, my name is Dennis Rocke.
